The Small Business Expert provides a range of services designed to help small businesses grow, including but not limited to digital marketing, website building, and business growth consulting. The scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

3. Payment Terms

All services provided by The Small Business Expert must be paid for in advance, as detailed in your invoice. Invoices need to be paid prior to the service. If for any reason work has started prior to the invoice, you’ll have 7 days to pay post the date of invoice. 10% of the total of the invoice will be added per week of late payment. We do not offer refunds for any services once payment has been received. By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the service terms and our no-refund policy.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services provided. This policy is strictly enforced and by hiring The Small Business Expert, you agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the safety and happiness of our clients. However, The Small Business Expert will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the execution of our services. You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses related to the content or business activities involved in our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials we produce for you, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, will be owned by The Small Business Expert unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for your own business purposes.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all information you provide to us confidential and not to disclose it to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Small Business Expert, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Small Business Expert operates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
